The number of participants is limited.
You must first pre-register (see below).
Once your participation is validated by the conference committee on 26 April 2023, you will receive a notification allowing you to complete your registration.
Registration fees include:
- accommodation in a shared bedroom (2 persons) from Sunday 11 June (evening) to Friday 16 June (5 nights),
- breakfasts, lunches, dinners,
- coffees and pastries served during the school.
Registration fees:
- Student from a public institution: 480€
- Staff from a public institution (university, CEA, etc): 680€
- Staff and students from industry: 950€
- CNRS staff (including students): free
Important deadlines:
- 20 March 2023: opening of registration
- Extended to 27 April 2023: closing of pre-registration
- Extended to 27 April 2023: notification of acceptance
- 10 May 2023: deadline for payment
- 12 June to Friday 16 June 2023: school
